Terms & Conditions

My waiting list is from 6 months to a year depending on which tree maker you choose. A non-refundable deposit of $700 (price of the tree) is required in order to get on the list. Half of the remaining balance is due before I began working on your saddle and the rest is due when the saddle is finished. Wooden trees come with a 5 year limited warranty, and the synthetic trees come with a lifetime warranty. In the case of a damaged tree, I will charge for the work that I do on the saddle. I will also warranty all leather components of a saddle for defects. Basically, wrecks can cost you a lot.

Do your homework before ordering a saddle. If possible, arrange to ride one of my saddles to use as a reference point. It is really helpful to determine tree measurements and styles. The clearer the customer’s expectations, the easier it is to meet them. I will do everything I can to make a customer happy, but at the end of the day, its a custom saddle shop and the customer owns the final product. If ever there is dissatisfaction, I would like to be the first the hear about it. It’s my goal to do whatever I can to make a happy customer.
